The gruyère cheese used in our Lorraine and Spinach & Dill quiches is from Veldhuizen Family Farm in Dublin, Texas, via Houston DairyMaids. The 'Drunken Yodeler' in our grilled cheese is made in Houston by POLA Artisan Cheeses, the butter from Lucky Layla Farms
The natural pork in our bangers comes from local respectfully-raised pigs processed by Georgia's Farm to Market.
The grass-fed, antibiotic & hormone-free bones for scratch gravy & lean ground beef for our savory flaky pies comes from Olde World Farms in Montgomery, Texas. Our cage-free yard eggs and most of our dairy is also from TX.
Maple-cured & smoked bacon is made by Al Marcus
of The Grateful Bread in our kitchen.
